Project Manager: person who coordinates the project, keeps the contact between the Client and BiM's staff, plans the activities to be carried out.
Technical Manager: person who analyses and verifies the technical solutions adopted to carry out the project, who analyses together with the Client the feasibility of the project.
Analyst/ Programmer: person able to analyse and propose solutions regarding the project realization, define functional and technical specifications, develop parts of the project.
Programmer: person able to develop programmes on the basis of the functional and technical specifications provided.
