The professional profiles Bim is interested in are:

• Persons with diploma or newly graduated in information technology
• Systems engineers with experience in Unix / Linux / Windows platforms
• Database Administrators (DBA) with experience in relational databases
• Project Analysts with experience in the design of Web or Client Server applications
• Programmers, preferably with a knowledge of the SQL, PL/SQL, Java languages, and of the Forms/Reports Developer tools

Training courses:

BiM collaborates with Secondary Schools (High Schools) in the area of Faenza and with the Universities that organize training courses for students who wish to carry out a training period with an information technology company. The relationship between the trainee and BiM is not a work relationship but the continuation of a training activity coordinated by a Tutor belonging to the educational institution. Agreements can be taken between the school and Bim so that the trainees can enjoy company services such as staff canteen or transport.
